While the agent is incredibly responsive and attentive when it comes to upselling policies or adding new coverage, that "high-touch" service vanishes the moment a claim is involved. I recently had a car accident and found myself completely unsupported. There is a total lack of empathy and zero care for the human element of insurance. It’s clear that this office prioritizes sales over policyholder support. If you want an agent who actually helps during an emergency, not just during a sales pitch, look elsewhere."

"I had the pleasure of speaking with Cole Kearney today. I was met with enthusiasm, professionalism, friendliness, and all around a very polite and respectful man. He answered all of my questions, knew exactly what he was talking about, and knew all the ways to help. Because of him and our encounter I decided to give state farm a 2nd try with auto insurance bundled with renters when that was not my intention at all. I simply called for a quote for renters insurance and I’m so glad that I did as I made the decision to save 295$ a month all thanks to Cole. I’m beyond grateful for him and all of his help. "I would Like to applaud Mr. Sellers for his outstanding review. I believe Mr. Pettus and foremost the company he represents, State Farm are not the folks they once were. I have policies on 4 homes and 3 automobiles with this company SEVEN total policies. After someone other than myself allowed a fire to take my shop and storage building last March 3rd, I am still pretty much at ground zero as I have been constantly ignored, lied to, accused of outright deceit and insurance fraud by an adjuster Sucelli Baptist who was finally though painstaking pleas relieved from my claim. I was told in threatening terms they would be going after my friend who unwittingly started the fire.( as if this had any bearing on me) the fact that my jeans were Designer was mocked as well as accusations of removing items and claiming them as being lost in the fire. although they had the proper photos and proof sent from myself and in their possession they continued to ignore and feign ignorance but assured no problem, you have two years sir just relax. Certainly a ploy to run down the clock while stalling and not holding up their obligation to me. Although the premiums are taken ohh so timely. It has now been a year and and the structural reimbursement was depreciated from an amount no where close to rebuilding cost. the personal property has been a nightmare. Please do yourself a favor Shake their hands, Smile and let everyone know what a pleasure it is to know them. But find another insurance carrier. Don't take my word for it, Do a little research and it will be clear. Start with the Georgia department of insurance commissioners. State Farm is not your friend, I don't care how nice their employees are. I own insurance in case of loss not glad handed pushers. I give one star only because their has been one person who seems to care and it ain't Peyton PS. Please don't be a victim of the foolish investment opportunities they pitch either"

"Absolute Frauds. When we were referred to them we definitely expected a higher level professional experience. This is not what this firm is about. I am a very successful business owner myself and I honesty never leave negative reviews. I own a structural engineering firm and trust when I say we know lot about liabilities in our field of work. We have 4 vehicle policies, 2 life insurance policies, and even one of our homeowner policies with them, and believe me when I say this their loyalty is non existent. They were helpful and seemed professional at first, but once we were involved w a fraudulent claim incident against one of our company vehicles us they jumped ship and sided w the perpetrators that were involved. They completely went against the State Troopers report , Zero at fault tickets were issued, the Trooper involved even said this was a targeted claim and that we should call them immediately and report the fraudulent situation, as they have the power to decline the incident in these type of no fault situations , however instead they chose to file the claim against us anyways and side w the perpetrators .We literally pay them 12k a year to protect us against these types of situations. Christin , the manager of the location that we dealt with is extremely unknowledgeable and very unprofessional. She won’t even pick up the phone , will only text back. We will be pursuing legal representation to have our issue resolved at this point. If you’re shopping insurance stay far far away from the Peyton Pettis State Farm firm. Horrible customer service in our experience, zero accountability, and zero integrity. We were truly misled when we were referred to them unfortunately."
